Matthew 11:28-30

Matthew 11:28-30

New King James Version (NKJV)

28 "Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For My yoke is easy and My burden is light."

October, 2011 Update

October was a very exciting and interesting month for Dawn and I on the mission field. Here is a brief list of some of the highlights from the month.

  • Numerous people received Jesus, baptized in Holy Spirit, speak in tongues (See Acts 19:1-6.)
  • Man delivered of pedophilia, incest, and homosexuality
  • Prophesied over and prayed for satanist with vampire teeth
16 wounded, two dead by gun fire

Dawn and I decided to make the drive into New Orleans for Halloween. New Orleans is a city known for its cemeteries, voodoo culture, and dark mysticism. This city takes Halloween seriously, with week-long events and celebrations. It was clear New Orleans would be a treasure pot full of God’s treasures waiting to be found by street evangelists.

We started our night by meeting our good friend, Vince. All three of us were dressed in monk outfits. We went to, what I call, New Wine Street (aka Bourbon Street). The street was filled with costumed revelers. It was basically a typical night on this street, but the number of people was greatly increased.

We talked with numerous people throughout the night. Several of these were confessing satanists. On one such encounter, we saw a man in his twenties dressed as a devil. We figured he would be a good person to talk with. God gave me a word of knowledge about him, in which I wouldn’t normally know.

I said to him, “Hey, God has given you an amazing music ability. Do you sing and play guitar?”

He replied, “Ya, I am a very gifted singer, but I don’t play guitar. Who is God? I’m a satanist.”

I responded, “Well, God is the Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. Jesus died on the cross for our sins, that we might have eternal life in Heaven with Them forever. However, we have to receive Their free gift of salvation by accepting Jesus into our hearts.”

He then said, “Do you know what is on my mind and in my heart? Hate, violence, and killing.” He then walked away.

Dawn and I continued to look for more people to talk with. Around 12:30 AM, the night got out of control. Right in front of us, Dawn and I heard seven or eight gun shots fired. We heard people begin to scream, and everybody began to run. Dawn and I turned and ran into a local shop. We were literally within ten feet of this spray of bullets.

Apparently, two people got into a fight, and both of them had guns and began shooting at each other. Between the two of them, they wounded seven other people. One of the gunmen laid dead in the street. Dawn and I saw him lying there as horseback police officers scrambled, and paramedics flooded in. The cloth they placed over him, was filling with blood.

New Orleans has the highest murder rate per capita in the United States. Most of these murders are drug and gang related. There were also three other incidences of shootings throughout New Orleans.

It is pretty apparent this area needs some help. However, I believe God is getting ready to transform this region for His glory.

September, 2011 Update

By Nathan D. Pietsch

September marks a new season in the lives of Dawn and I on the mission field. The Lord has released us from the ministry we worked under in Virginia. We left with a great blessing, and are excited to release the Kingdom in new areas. Here is a brief list of some of the highlights from the month.

  • Ashland, Virginia to Moravian Falls, North Carolina to Asheville, North Carolina, to Pensacola, Florida, to Mobile, Alabama to New Orleans, Louisiana
  • Billy Graham Training Center at the Cove
  • Spirit of infirmity cast out
  • Man hit by truck, received Jesus
  • Prayed for Voodoo practitioner
  • Numerous people receive Jesus, baptized in Holy Spirit, speak in tongues (See Acts 19:1-6.)
  • Dawn and I both celebrated our birthdays
New Adventures Unfolding
Our first major stop following Calvary Campground was Moravian Falls, North Carolina. The Moravians prayed over this land for 100 years, 7-days per week, 24-hours per day. It is a very anointed place. We are very excited to be back in Moravian Falls. We are certain the Lord has something for us here.

Dawn and I left Moravian Falls and headed to Asheville, to the Billy Graham Training Center at the Cove. Since Dawn and I are traveling evangelists, we are drawn to the ministry of Billy Graham.

When we arrived, we were able to take the visitor’s tour of the facility. It was such a wonderful time. We would love to come back here again in the future and actually stay for several days. It is an absolutely amazing facility. We recommend it to everybody.

After we left the Cove, we went to the fuel station. While there, three homeless African-American men were highlighted. I got out of the car and went over to them. After striking up a conversation, I began to prophesy over them.

When it was all said and done, all three of them had received Jesus into their hearts, were baptized in the Holy Spirit, and were speaking in tongues. Each one had an amazing encounter with the Lord. I believe they are going to do wonderful exploits for the Kingdom of God.

We then drove to Pensacola Beach. This beach is absolutely amazing. The sand is similar to powdery, white snow. The water is also warm and beautiful. It was a wonderful place to celebrate Dawn’s birthday.

After Pensacola, we headed to Mobile. We had never been here before, and were happy to go. We then made the drive to New Orleans.

New Orleans is certainly an interesting place. While Dawn and I were walking in the French Quarters, we walked by a Voodoo Museum. We decided to go in and release the light of the Kingdom. (See Matthew 5:14.) We prayed for the man behind the desk. He was holding and petting a python.

August, 2011 Update

August was a very hot month for Dawn and I on the USA mission field. We have been working with the youth all summer. Here is a brief list of some of the highlights from the summer.

  • Numerous healing miracles—hips realigning, legs growing out, pain leaving.
  • Many youths had Heavenly visions for the first time.
  • Over 50 students baptized in the Holy Spirit—evidenced by speaking in tongues and prophesying. (See Acts 19:1-6.)
Acts 19:1-6 (NKJV)—
1 And it happened, while Apollos was at Corinth, that Paul, having passed through the upper regions, came to Ephesus. And finding some disciples 2 he said to them, “Did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed?” So they said to him, “We have not so much as heard whether there is a Holy Spirit.”

3 And he said to them, “Into what then were you baptized?” So they said, “Into John’s baptism.”

4 Then Paul said, “John indeed baptized with a baptism of repentance, saying to the people that they should believe on Him who would come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus.”

5 When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.

6 And when Paul had laid hands on them, the Holy Spirit came upon them, and they spoke with tongues and prophesied.

  • Youths preached for the first time.
  • Youths activated in leadership roles, and their God-given destinies.
Kingdom Invasion Teen Zone
Dawn and I were in charge of the youth ministry for the summer months at the church we have teamed up with in Virginia. The youth ministry has now ended, and it has been a great learning lesson.

As our summer progressed working with the youth, it was obvious to see how the devil desires to snatch them up. Young people are so easily influenced by their peers, media, and pop culture.
However, on the other side, youths have an amazing ability to encounter the Lord in spectacular ways. For the ones who got on fire for Jesus this summer, they seemed to be able to easily and clearly hear the voice of the Lord.

Many of them were able to immediately see in the Spirit, and see visions of what the Lord was doing. This reminded us of John in Revelation 4:1-2—

1 After these things I looked, and behold, a door standing open in heaven. And the first voice which I heard was like a trumpet speaking with me, saying, “Come up here, and I will show you things which must take place after this.”

2 Immediately I was in the Spirit; and behold, a throne set in heaven, and One sat on the throne.

God revealed Himself in many powerful and wonderful ways to the youth this summer, in which we are so thankful.

July, 2011 Update

July was a very fruitful month for Dawn and I on the USA mission field. Here is a brief list of some of the highlights from the month.

  • Several people received Jesus as Savior
  • Numerous baptisms in the Holy Spirit—evidenced by speaking in tongues (See Acts 19:1-6.)
  • Youth delivered of hatred, fear, and anger

From Potential Murderer to Jesus
Dawn and I have been working with the youth this past month. We have been placed in charge of the youth ministry by the church we have teamed up with in Virginia.

There is such a strong satanic attack upon young people. I do not over exaggerate when I say it is easier for us to do street ministry in the ghettos to the gang members, drug addicts, and prostitutes, than to many of these youths. However, God has shown up multiple times in great power and deliverance throughout this past month.

There was one young man named, “Mark” who came to our class. He is 16 years old, and originally from Nigeria, Africa. He had so much hatred, fear, and anger within him. You could see it on his face. The Lord told me clearly, “If he doesn’t get delivered, he has the potential to murder people.”

The first several days he was in class he would not participate at all. He did not want anything to do with anything we were doing. All of our attempts to call forth his destiny, and bring forth the deliverance he desperately needed were not working.

The Holy Spirit finally gave us the strategy on how to get the breakthrough for “Mark.” Mark began to soften and participate throughout this particular class day. He actually began to smile and laugh, and enjoy the outpouring of the Holy Spirit.

At the end of the class I asked the youths if any of them wanted to rededicate their lives to the Lord. Mark came up to me privately and said, “I don’t believe in Christianity. I tried Christianity in Nigeria. It was nothing but religion, and I didn’t like it.”

I responded, “I’m in agreement with you. I don’t like religion either. What I am offering to you is a relationship with Jesus Christ. Religion is dull, and does not produce life. Jesus is fun, and produces life. Did you have fun in class today?”

Mark answered, “Yes, I did.”

“You had fun because God was in our midst. Do you want to begin your own personal relationship with God?”

Mark replied, “Yes, I do.”

I then lead Mark through the sinner’s prayer. He received Jesus Christ into his heart as his personal Lord and Savior. He then got filled with the Holy Spirit and began speaking in tongues. (See Matthew 3:11, Acts 19:1-6, Mark 16:17.)

Mark attended our class for the following two weeks before heading home to New York. He went from the worst student, to the best in a matter of days. His entire countenance and demeanor transformed before our very eyes.

June, 2011 Update

June was a great month for Dawn and I on the USA mission field. Here is a brief list of some of the highlights from the month.

  • Numerous people received Jesus as Savior
  • Numerous baptisms in Holy Spirit—evidenced by speaking in tongues (See Acts 19:1-6.)

Easy Fishing

Dawn and I decided to hit the streets in south Richmond, Virginia to find God’s treasures. This place is so ripe for the glory of God. We will basically walk up to people, ask them if they need any prayer, and then lead them into the Kingdom. They will also get baptized in the Holy Spirit (see Matthew 3:11), and begin speaking in tongues.

The dominant cultural ethnicity in south Richmond is African-American. In this area, there is a lot of violence and drugs. However, none of that seems to matter. We will walk up to the most gnarly looking group of guys, and many of them will get saved and baptized in the Holy Spirit, if not all of them. God has a huge calling on the African-American community.

Tonight, we saw a group of four African-Americans sitting on the porch of their apartment. Dawn and I walked up to them and asked, “Hey, does anybody need any prayer?”

A woman named, Toequenna (30s) replied, “Ya, I do. I want a better job.” We prayed for her to get a better job.

I then asked her, “Would you like to rededicate your life to the Lord? Would you like to get a fresh start?” “Ya, I would,” Toequenna replied.

We then led her through the sinner’s prayer. She also got filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in tongues. We also prayed for another lady there, and encouraged her.

After a little while, we approached two African-American guys walking on the sidewalk. Again, we asked them, “Do you guys need any prayer tonight?”

“Ya, we do,” they replied. We began to pray for them, and prophesy forth their destinies. Both of them received Jesus into their hearts and got baptized in the Holy Spirit evidenced by speaking in tongues. They were so appreciative of us talking with them.

Our final encounter was with a man named, Aaron (20s). He previously got hit by a car and was confined in a wheel chair. He wasn’t paralyzed, but his leg was still injured enough he was unable to put any weight on it without extreme pain. We prayed for him, and asked how he felt.

Aaron said, “I don’t have any pain in my leg right now, it only hurts when I try to stand up. However, I feel really, really happy. I haven’t felt like this in a long time.”

We replied, “What you are experiencing is the Holy Spirit. He is pouring out His love on you.”

Dawn and I were able to speak words of encouragement over him, and call forth his God given destiny. He was very grateful to talk with us.

At the end he said, “What is really strange about all of this, is that I just felt compelled to come wheeling down the sidewalk. I had an urge to come out here.”

May, 2011 Update

May was an exciting month for Dawn and I on the USA mission field. Here is a brief list of some of the highlights from the month.

  • Numerous people received Jesus as Savior
  • Numerous baptisms in Holy Spirit—evidenced by speaking in tongues (See Acts 19:1-6.)
  • Woman delivered of drugs
  • Prayer marched in Georgetown, Washington D.C., and Gettysburg
  • Preached in Pennsylvanian Church
  • Amish sightings
Mission Within a Mission
The state of Pennsylvania had been placed on our hearts. Therefore, Dawn and I made a trip into central PA. On our travels, we were able to visit Washington D.C. and Gettysburg before arriving at our destination.

D.C. is a fabulous city. We were able to prayer march many places in this city. We also talked with a number of people.

It was our first time to go to Gettysburg. We went on a wonderful self-guided auto tour of the region. The battle at Gettysburg resulted in 51,000 deaths in three days.

In central PA, we were given the honor and privilege to preach at a wonderful church. They are a great group of people. It was such a wonderful time for us to be a part of what God is doing in this area.

Dawn and I thought it would be a cultural experience to see some Amish people while in central PA. Brian, one of our new friends, acted as our tour guide to go “Amish sighting.” We drove all around, and saw several of them. We saw them riding in their horse-and-buggies, outside their homes on their farms, and riding their bikes in their 1900s style clothing. It was cultural shock to see.

I actually saw an Amish man in an electric wheelchair. I decided it would be fun to pray for him. I stepped out of the car and said, “Excuse me. I am a lover of Jesus. I just felt compelled to ask you if I could pray for healing for you.”

“Uh... Ok, I guess,” he replied.

I said, “In the name of Jesus Christ, I speak healing to your body. I command any spirit of infirmity to go to the cross in the name of Jesus. Are you feeling anything going on in your body right now?”

“Well, I’ll just leave that up to Jesus,” he responded.

I could tell we were at theological differences. I said, “Sometimes, Jesus uses people to heal others or act as ministers. God used the apostles in the book of Acts to heal other people in the name of Jesus.”

I prayed for him again, but we didn’t see any physical changes occur. Despite our differences in many ways, he was radiating a smile afterwards. Both Dawn and Brian noticed that as well. God indeed touched him in some way or another.

April, 2011 Update

April was a great month for Dawn and I on the USA mission field. Ministry has been getting so fun because we serve a big God. God has been doing miraculous feats on the streets. Check out a few highlights from the month.

  • Numerous people received Jesus as Savior
  • Numerous baptisms in Holy Spirit—evidenced by speaking in tongues (See Acts 19:1-6.)
  • Elbow pain healed
  • Knee pain healed
  • Spirit of heaviness lifted
Praise Report

Dawn and I decided to make a roadtrip to Richmond for a special event. Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) made it to the final four in the NCAA basketball tournament. Whether the VCU Rams won or lost, we knew there was going to be a massive gathering on Broad Street. We wanted to make ourselves available for whatever God wanted.

We made it to Broad Street just in time. Unfortunately the Rams lost. We knew there was going to be some hostile fans. The riot control police officers were already in position. The officers had their riot armor and shields. There were also two helicopters circling above. Dawn and I knew we had to get near the action.

University students are very passionate. Praise God, they didn’t do anything too destructive. They didn’t break any store windows, cause any fights, or flip over any cars. However, they did climb street light poles, set their Ram clothes on fire in a trash can, scream profane chants, and curse at the police.

The police were very tolerant. However, after an hour or so, they wanted to end this rowdy party. They shot tear gas into the crowd, and that certainly moved everybody away. Then the mob squad started to spray mace. I don’t think they were spraying at individuals, but at people in general.

It was the first time Dawn and I ever encountered mace. It certainly burns the eyes, lungs, and exposed skin. Amidst all of this, we were able to share the gospel with a number of people. We saw numerous people receive Jesus into their lives.

After the tear gas and mace was sprayed, the party ended. As we were walking out, three teenage boys were in front of us. One of them attempted to steal a police officer’s bicycle. It didn’t work for him, and they cuffed him right there. His two friends were in shock, wondering why he did such a dumb thing.

I turned to these two guys and said, “Look, your friend just got arrested. You witnessed it. That could have been you. If you keep walking on this path that might be you. Are you ready to change your ways and start over?”

Both of them looked at me with frightened looks. They walked over shaking their heads and said, “Yes.” I then led both of them through the sinner’s prayer as they received Jesus into their hearts. We could really see a transformation happen in them.

March, 2011 Update

By Nathan D. Pietsch

March, 2011 Update from the Mission Field

April 1, 2011

March was a great month for Dawn and I on the USA mission field. God has been showing off wonderfully on the streets. Here is a brief list of some of the highlights from the month.

  • Numerous people received Jesus as Savior
  • Numerous baptisms in Holy Spirit—evidenced by speaking in tongues (See Acts 19:1-6.)
  • Elbow pain healed
  • Knee pain healed
  • Spirit of heaviness lifted

Praise Report

On Saint Patrick’s Day, a team of eight of us decided to release the Kingdom on the streets in Virginia. We knew the bars were going to be filled.

After a short while, the Lord highlighted an African-American man named Herbert (40s). He said his legs were really heavy, as if they were in cement. We pleaded the blood of Jesus over him, and commanded the spirit of heaviness to go to Jesus. He said his legs felt lighter. He was already a Christian, so we were able to encourage him in the Lord.

While we were talking with Herbert, his friend came over. He was so touched at what God was doing that he wanted Dawn and I to pray for him too. He ended up receiving Jesus, getting filled with the Holy Spirit, and speaking in tongues praising God.

We walked further and went into a diner. We saw a Caucasian man sitting by himself at the bar with a beer. He was probably in his 60s, and actually looked like Santa Claus. We told him how much God loves him. He kept saying, “I know I don’t do right. Look, I’m drinking a beer.”
We replied, “That’s ok. It doesn’t matter what you have done, are doing, or will do, God still loves you. He wants you to come back to Him though. He wants to clean you up, so that you can fulfill your destiny.”

This man kept thinking that he needed to “clean himself up” before he could go to God. We told him that it is a finished work (see John 19:30), and that you don’t need to do anything other than receive the free gift God has done for you. He said that he wanted to receive this gift, so we led him through the sinner’s prayer. After he said this, he began to smile radiantly. He had just encountered the Living God.

Dawn and I met up with the other members of our group at McDonalds. I got a word of knowledge for a man standing outside that he had a hurt elbow. He was surprised that I would know such information.

In the name of Jesus, God removed the pain from him, and healed him. After a few minutes, he then asked Jesus into his heart.

God is doing such wonderful things on the streets and in the marketplaces. We encourage you to step out of your comfort zone, have fun, and release the Kingdom wherever you go.

Luke 15:11-32 (New King James Version)

The Parable of the Lost Son

11 Then He said: “A certain man had two sons. 12 And the younger of them said to his father, ‘Father, give me the portion of goods that falls to me.’ So he divided to them his livelihood. 13 And not many days after, the younger son gathered all together, journeyed to a far country, and there wasted his possessions with prodigal living. 14 But when he had spent all, there arose a severe famine in that land, and he began to be in want. 15 Then he went and joined himself to a citizen of that country, and he sent him into his fields to feed swine. 16 And he would gladly have filled his stomach with the pods that the swine ate, and no one gave him anything.
17 “But when he came to himself, he said, ‘How many of my father’s hired servants have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger! 18 I will arise and go to my father, and will say to him, “Father, I have sinned against heaven and before you, 19 and I am no longer worthy to be called your son. Make me like one of your hired servants.”’
20 “And he arose and came to his father. But when he was still a great way off, his father saw him and had compassion, and ran and fell on his neck and kissed him. 21 And the son said to him, ‘Father, I have sinned against heaven and in your sight, and am no longer worthy to be called your son.’
22 “But the father said to his servants, ‘Bringa]">[a] out the best robe and put it on him, and put a ring on his hand and sandals on his feet. 23 And bring the fatted calf here and kill it, and let us eat and be merry; 24 for this my son was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.’ And they began to be merry.
25 “Now his older son was in the field. And as he came and drew near to the house, he heard music and dancing. 26 So he called one of the servants and asked what these things meant. 27 And he said to him, ‘Your brother has come, and because he has received him safe and sound, your father has killed the fatted calf.’
28 “But he was angry and would not go in. Therefore his father came out and pleaded with him. 29 So he answered and said to his father, ‘Lo, these many years I have been serving you; I never transgressed your commandment at any time; and yet you never gave me a young goat, that I might make merry with my friends. 30 But as soon as this son of yours came, who has devoured your livelihood with harlots, you killed the fatted calf for him.’
31 “And he said to him, ‘Son, you are always with me, and all that I have is yours. 32 It was right that we should make merry and be glad, for your brother was dead and is alive again, and was lost and is found.’”

February, 2011 Update

By Nathan D. Pietsch

February, 2011 update from the mission field

February 28, 2011

February was a fabulous month for Dawn and I on the mission field. We are still east of the west coast, and loving it. Though, we miss the west.

God showed up wonderfully in a number of ways. Here is a brief list of some of the highlights from the month.

  • Man received Jesus
  • Man water baptized in Virginian river
  • Woman delivered of satanic strongholds
  • Prophetic words released
Praise Report - Demonic Deliverance

While Dawn and I were staying at a ministry for a conference, we got woken up at 3:30 AM by women upstairs screaming and creating a commotion. It was obvious by the sounds that a woman upstairs was manifesting demons. One lady was reading the Bible very loud, while another was trying to cast it out. The woman manifesting ( “Kathey” 22) was making all sorts of deep moans and groans.

After 30-minutes of this commotion, people upstairs got frustrated with the noise, and told the women to go to another building. We were told that only one of the women who was praying (“Janice” 40s), went with Kathey. When we heard that information, we knew it was time for us to get involved. It is not really recommended to do a deliverance by yourself.

When we walked into the other building, Janice was praying for Kathey. They were both sitting at a table talking and praying. Kathey was no longer showing signs of needing deliverance. I was not intending to pray for Kathey unless I was specifically asked by Janice. I did not want to overstep any boundaries and create more of a mess. After a few minutes, Janice asked me to pray for Kathey.

While I was praying for her, God started revealing all sorts of past unconfessed sins. These sins resulted in a strong satanic stronghold. God was giving me specific and concise words of knowledge. I lead her through some renunciation and forgiveness of sin prayers. God began to deliver her right before our eyes.

Whether these were her own sins or generational sins, Kathey began to get delivered of: hard core drugs, group orgies, adultery, pornography, whips and shackles, bestiality, satanic movies and music, fear, hatred, and ungodly blood covenants through tattoos. We could see the satanic stronghold loosening over her life.

Kathey was having numerous violent manifestations, like wanting to vomit, and appearing to writhe in pain.. We took authority over the evil spirits. She got a lot of freedom in Christ Jesus.
Kathey does have an amazing ministry calling upon her life. That is why the devil had oppressed her so much. Many people who are heavily involved in witchcraft, drugs, and the occult have huge ministry callings. The enemy tries to steal people’s destinies. It is the believers in Jesus Christ who are called to set the captives free. May we not critically judges these people, but love them into God’s Kingdom.

Man Receives Jesus

By Nathan D. Pietsch

Man receives Jesus

February 1, 2011

Today, Dawn and I went to the store to do some grocery shopping. The Lord really highlighted a man to me. This man is in his 40’s and named, Frank. God gave me several words of knowledge regarding him. The Lord revealed he had been really shamed and dishonored by his parents and was drinking a lot because of it. I told him Jesus wanted to set him free. He wanted to receive what I was telling him.

Frank accepted Jesus into his heart. He then extended forgiveness to the people who had wounded him and suppressed his destiny. I broke off those lies in the name of Jesus. Frank went from looking like, “the walking dead,” to a radiating smile.

Lord, please continue to bless, Frank. Pour Your Holy Spirit out upon him, and use him to change lives. Thank you, Lord. In the name of Jesus, Amen.

January, 2011 Update

January, 2011 update from the mission field

January 31, 2011

January was an amazing month for Dawn and I on the mission field. We are still on the east coast, and loving it.

God showed up wonderfully in numerous ways. Here is a brief list of some of the highlights from the month.

  • Preached at a church in Virginia
  • People activated in the prophetic
  • Prophetic words released
  • People baptized in the Holy Spirit—evident by speaking in tongues
  • Man received Jesus and delivered of satanic involvement in: astrology, the occult, science, metaphysics, witchcraft, magic eight ball, wigi board, Masonry, and numerology

Praise Report

I was asked to go with a friend named, “Josh” to pray over a house. Josh knew the person living there, named “Peter.” We knocked on the door, and Peter invited us in.

The inside of the house was both physically and spiritually dark. Peter had apparently destroyed the inside of it in an angry rage. Furniture was thrown everywhere, items were broken, and Peter’s knuckles were all bloody. As soon as we walked in, Peter began manifesting demons. He was speaking profanity, and saying all sorts of nonsense.

After a moment of assessing the situation, and keeping a cheerful look on my face, I simply asked him if I could pray for him. I extended my hand out towards him, and he grabbed it. As I began to pray, he began to calm down.

I asked Peter if he wanted to rededicate his life to Jesus. He did want to, and accepted Jesus into his heart while I led him through the sinner’s prayer.

It was obvious though, Peter needed more deliverance from satanic strongholds. Josh and I then began to lead Peter into some prayers of deliverance and renunciations.

We we all standing up while we were going through some Holy Spirit directed prayers. The Holy Spirit began to remove stuff from Peter. He was standing on his feet, and the next second he was rolling around on the floor manifesting evil spirits. We began to cast them out in the name of Jesus.

After a few moments, Peter began to experience freedom, and began to laugh. God began to deliver him from a lot of dark deep roots of: astrology, the occult, science, metaphysics, witchcraft, magic eight ball, wigi board, Masonry, and numerology.

Peter got a lot of deliverance, but there is still more. I long for the day when a person gets totally set free by a word, like Jesus—He cast demons out with a word. (See Matt. 8:16.) However, some deliverance is better than none at all. A greater glory is coming soon. (See John 14:12.)

December, 2010 update from the mission field

January 7, 2010

December was an amazing month for Dawn and I on the mission field. We left New Jersey and headed south to Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia for our second time.
God showed up powerfully in many ways. Here is a brief list of some of the highlights from the month.

  • Numerous salvations—people received Jesus
  • Preached at a church in Maryland
  • Lower back pain healed
  • Shoulder pain healed
  • Knee pain healed
  • Youths prophesied
  • Prophetic words released
  • Numerous baptisms in the Holy Spirit—evident by speaking in tongues
  • Ministered at Alzheimer’s facility
  • Released purpose and destiny over people
  • Prayer marched all over Washington DC
Praise Report

Dawn and I were able to minister in a wonderful church in Maryland. I was able to preach a short message, and then activate the group to prophesy words of encouragement and destiny over each other. The Holy Spirit continued to show up as several students supernaturally got healed of physical pain. Finally, numerous youths got filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in tongues. (See I Corinthians 14:4.)

2011 Forecast

I believe 2011 is going to be a very critical year. I believe God is going to pour out a tremendous amount of grace and mercy upon anybody who desires to receive it.

We are going to start seeing radical revival on the streets and in the market places. God is going to pour out His Holy Spirit in marvelous ways—through miraculous signs and wonders of healing, deliverance, and salvation, that are going to glorify Jesus Christ.

God is going to use anybody who is willing to step out in boldness. Those who are willing to pray for sick and injured people, and willing to share the simple love of Jesus. Jesus is calling home his prodigals who are currently in the pigpens. (See Luke 15:11-32.)

However, I also believe those people who refuse to receive the grace and mercy of the Lord are going to find themselves fighting against God. (See Acts 5:38-39.) It is going to start getting very difficult for those who do not draw near to the Lord. For God says, draw near to me, and I will draw near to you. (See James 4:8.)

God is also getting ready to make a distinction between the sheep and goats. (See Matthew 25:32-46.) In Exodus 8:23, God made a distinction between the Israelites and the Egyptians. It is time to be “all in.”
