I spent the first two months of 2020 in the African countries of Nigeria and Kenya. It was an amazing time of ministry. While in Nigeria, I partnered with a large ministry called, Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministries. Tens of thousands of people came to receive counseling and spiritual freedom. Multitudes also came to receive prayer for physical healing.

Since the medical system in Nigeria is so primitive, people live with horrendous diseases and infirmities. I saw people with tumors ready to explode, eyes popping out of their sockets, flesh eating breast cancer, giant goiters, skin diseases, lameness, and HIV. These people came to receive prayer for healing, and many do leave with a miracle.

After my time in Nigeria, I flew to Nairobi, Kenya. While in Kenya, I was the main speaker at an open air Gospel Crusade. I also preached at Hope Church. Many people received Jesus as their Lord and Savior, physical healing, and deliverance from tormenting spirits. God showed up in very powerful ways. I was able to make it back to the United States only weeks before the borders were closed due to Covid-19.

The pandemic put a halt on all our ministry plans. Speaking engagements, international trips, and gatherings were canceled. We had to adapt to the circumstances, so we started a prayer movement and also ministered to many people using Zoom. We are praying for a global Holy Spirit outpouring for 2021. In the meantime, we want to thank you so much for being a part of our lives and ministry.

Freedom in Christ Jesus!

By Dawn R. Pietsch

What an Amazing way to be Free! Throughout this last year we have had to lean on the Lord more than ever. Always checking ourselves to see if we’re in the flesh or operating in our Spirit. Noticing things about ourselves that do not align with scripture, taking us to a whole new level of discernment. What I mean is... that if we have open doors into the Spirit realm because of some sin that we have either not confessed in our past, or are still operating in due to ignorance on our behalf, or intentional sin... the enemy will enter in and cause havoc and torment us. It all depends upon how extensive or deep it is!

So I say, let’s deal with it now! Why cause ourselves all the hurt and pain? Confession is always the best answer and solution to it all! Jesus is our solution and answer, and truly the only One who can handle it, and who has PAID for it ALL ON THE CROSS! We can do it at any time and there isn’t any other way!

John 14:6 says, “that Jesus says, I AM the WAY, the TRUTH, and the LIFE, that there is NO OTHER WAY to THE FATHER except by HIM.” I realize that this is Christianity 101, but somehow we get stuck in sin sometimes, and we have to go back to the beginning. It’s been a time of unrest, a stirring in our Spirits, and how often do we get caught up in the negativity, and begin to complain and murmur, and get fearful... well that is sin!

Let’s all cleanse ourselves and prepare for the celebration of the birth of Jesus, the true reason for the season, and the true meaning of Christmas. We bless you all, and love you dearly, asking for a truly wonderful Christmas this year and Happy New Year for you and your family! Much Love...

In the month of November, my youngest brother got married to his college girlfriend. It was a beautiful ceremony, and we are very excited for their new lives together. My brother honored me by asking me to speak a blessing over them at the wedding. I was very pleased to do so.

When I discovered what I was going to say, I realized the message was not only for the two newly weds. It was a practical message that has significant relevance for you and I. I shared on Jesus’ parable of the ten virgins. You can read Jesus’ entire allegory in Matthew 25:1-13.

Jesus spoke of five wise virgins and five foolish virgins. They were all waiting for the bridegroom to return with their oil lamps burning. However, while they waited the bridegroom was delayed. The five wise virgins had brought enough oil in their lamps to accommodate for the delay. The foolish ones were not prepared. While those who were foolish went to the store to buy more oil, the bridegroom returned and took the ones prepared into the wedding feast. The foolish ones were locked out and unable to enter the celebration.

This parable has many practical applications for us today. The wise virgins were looking for and anticipating the return of the bridegroom. The bridegroom represents Jesus. The foolish virgins were unprepared, distracted, and doing other things. As a result, they missed the most important event in human history. Stay focused!

The year of 2020 has been the most turbulent months in decades. There is a great social unrest that has swept the United States and is spilling over to other nations. All eyes are on the USA waiting to see what might happen. The possibility of civil war, mass rioting, governmental coup d'état, martial law, and food shortages have been conversation pieces. This has created a significant element of fear.

During these stretching times, we have an opportunity to examine our hearts. As you do, you will see if you are living in fear or living in faith. Here are some questions to ponder: Do you believe God will provide for your needs? Do you believe God will protect you? Do you believe God is still ruling and reigning from Heaven? Do you believe all things work together for good to those who love God and are called according to His purpose? (See Romans 8:28.)

It is so important to live in faith, but you also need to hear from God for specific instructions. Is He telling you to multiply food like Jesus did (see John 6:1-14), or should you store up some food? Are you being instructed to fetch gold from a fish’s mouth (Matthew 17:24-27), or should you save some money? Remember, live from a position of faith, and hear from God on specific instructions. Is God telling you to live supernaturally like Jesus, or prepare like Joseph (see Genesis 41:33-36)? When you do, fear will be replaced with peace, because you will know what God wants you to do.

Pray in This Manner

By Dawn R. Pietsch

It is always a good time to pray, but even more now. If you don't know what to pray, pray in the way Jesus taught His disciples.

Matthew 6:9-13 (New King James Version):
9 In this manner, therefore, pray:

Our Father in heaven,
Hallowed be Your name.
10 Your kingdom come.
Your will be done
On earth as it is in heaven.
11 Give us this day our daily bread.
12 And forgive us our debts,
As we forgive our debtors.
13 And do not lead us into temptation,
But deliver us from the evil one.
For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.

During these times of social distancing, we have had to adapt our ministry style. In the past, we would travel to different regions and minister to many people on the streets and in the marketplace. You can read about hundreds of our stories from street ministry experiences in my book, Go: Testimonies from the Front Lines, our Blog, or past editions of Frontline Chronicles. As missionaries, we would also speak in various churches. All of this has stopped.

Like the rest of the world, we have had to transition to online ministry. We have started a prayer movement on Thursdays at 10:30 AM and then 11:30 AM. We have been doing it on Zoom, and some people have been joining from around the nation and even overseas. The first session is praying for individuals and their families. The second session focuses on the nations. It has been an amazing time. Even amidst the pandemic, we have been able to make a major difference for God’s kingdom through the Internet. We are hoping for even more.

We are also able to pray for individuals over Zoom in personal one-on-one sessions. That has been very impactful as well. We are excited to see the Lord moving. Despite our ministry shifting, people's lives have been greatly touched. Without you, we would never be able to continue pressing towards the great commission in the capacity we are able. We want to emphasize our sincere appreciation for your continued, amazing, and generous support. Whether that is encouragement, prayer, or financial, we are forever grateful.

Raging Wildfires

By Dawn R. Pietsch

September was a very interesting month for us. Things were very suddenly and timely. It seems as though the Lord is really moving on our behalf these days, accelerating things we need to do, personally, and also in ministry!

The wildfires caught us off guard, but the Lord knew they were coming, and had us all prepared for it! We were boxed in from the fires, in every direction there was a fire burning around us. At one point all the highways leading out were closed. The Lord revealed to us that the safest place to go during an evacuation, was in a shopping center parking lot, since all other access would be jammed with traffic, or closed.

We also happened to have air purifiers to keep our air clean, things you probably wouldn’t find available in the stores anymore. Most of the fires were arson, so we were totally at the Lord's mercy and grace. We are definitely living in interesting times these days, but the most interesting thing of all, is how the Lord is working through it all, seeing His hand of provision, protection, and direction, learning to trust Him, knowing He has our best interests at heart! We love Him! He is so Good!!!

Dawn and I pray for multiple people a week in one-on-one appointments. We work along side a few others on a ministry team. A young women in her twenties named, “Amanda” came to us for prayer. It was such a sad situation, and this appointment was flagged as an “emergency.”

When Amanda was a little girl, she was violated over and over by her family members. Almost every person in her family molested her, including the women. Amanda’s mind was tormented with revenge, hatred, and murder. All she could think about was killing predators who prey upon little children. As a result of her hatred, she was very tormented.

Deep down, we knew Amanda’s primary issue was unforgiveness. She was living a tormented life Jesus spoke of in Matthew 18:21-35. In this section of Scripture, Jesus shared a parable of an unforgiving servant. As a result of the servant’s bitter heart, he was handed over to the torturers.

Through a very sensitive and tedious process, we were able to lead Amanda into an encounter with Jesus. The Heavenly Father, Jesus, and Holy Spirit revealed to Amanda the necessity of forgiving the predators who violated her. She was able to forgive from deep inside. As Amanda forgave each individual, Jesus healed the roots of her hidden core pain. Once she was able to forgive, the tormentors lifted off her life.

Power Packed Prayers

By Dawn R. Pietsch

As the month of August roles through so quickly, I can’t help but think we’re on a speed warp this year. So many things have taken place in August, as we move forward full speed ahead. Many people are asking what we have been doing in ministry because of the Covid-19 issue. Even though we are now stationary for the time being, ministry does not stop.

There are many broken people who are stuck and need help right now. We do ministry quite differently these days on Zoom, FaceTime, and occasionally in person. There is no distance in the Spirit realm, and God is still at work dispatching His ministering angels to help those in need. We have a ministry team with prophetic gifts that can see into the Spirit, and know what is taking place in the lives of the people we are praying for. It’s as though we’re outside of time as we pray for these people.

We also pray corporately in a group for individuals, nationally, and globally. The prayers are Power Packed! These prayers release deliverance to those who are in bondage, and enslaved with addictions and darkness.

Thank you, Jesus for Your “Finished Work at the Cross!” There is nothing more powerful than forgiveness, His precious blood, His Name, the Word, and the Cross! We praise God for His unfailing Love being poured out on us continuously. Thank you, Jesus!

Note: The following testimonies and photos are for the Glory of God and His Goodness. It is wonderful to partner with the Heavenly Father, Jesus, and Holy Spirit to help people move from dark to light, bondage to freedom, and struggle to destiny.

This past 4th of July was the most interesting one I have ever experienced. Usually it is a time of celebration as the nation reflects upon the thousands of men and women who have sacrificed so much to give us the freedoms we enjoy today. However, this year did not have a celebratory atmosphere as the nation experienced, chaos, division, and anarchy.

America is in a crucial point in its history. It is teeter-tottering in the balance of which way culture will shift. The body of Christ has a major role in these last days to prevent the scale from flipping towards destruction. It is time for us to arise and shine. (See Isaiah 60:1.)

If we look at the story of Nineveh in the Book of Jonah, God have the prophet instructions to cry out against the city. Jonah said, “Yet forty days, and Nineveh shall be overthrown!” (See Jonah 3:4.) The people responded in humility, prayer, and fasting while sitting in sackcloth and ashes. In verse ten, the Bible tells us God saw their works, and how they turned from their evil ways. This resulted in the great disaster being thwarted.

As America sits in the balance and the world watches, let us rise up in powerful prayer like never before. Let’s dismantle destruction and usher in a great outpouring of the Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, and Holy Spirit that will impact the world.

Before we conclude, we also want to say, “Thank you” to every person who makes it possible for us to stay in full-time ministry.

Rise and Rebuild

By Dawn R. Pietsch

Amidst the chaos and turmoil, I came across a very encouraging word from Christy M. Johnston. You can watch the video on Youtube by following this link: https://youtu.be/Yl_O25SzIzM.

I have recapped the primary points below. Be encouraged as you read.
  • There is a “Dense Fog of Confusion” from east to west. It’s a demonic principality!
  • I saw words swirling around: confusion, division, disorder, strife, chaos, frustration, lawlessness, and exhaustion!
  • The demonic principality within the fog, was poking and prodding God’s sons and daughters.
  • God's sons and daughters were in the fog, being poked and prodded by the fog itself, not knowing where the prodding was coming from, looking left and right.
  • All at once a loud brawl began to break out! They were bickering and picking at one another, the noise of their discord, much like the division we’ve been witnessing.
  • This spirit was not like others I have seen before. When I looked closer, it was much smaller than it made itself to be. It was throwing words of chaos, like a lasso over the hearts and minds of God’s children. Laughing as it did!
  • Then I heard God say, "Divide and Conquer!" This is the enemie's strategy!
  • Seeing the enemy at work within, setting our crosses upon the enemy, aiming our arrows at him, and releasing God’s strategys at him as a bullseye at his plans.
  • I hear the Spirit of the Lord saying, "I have not changed my mind about America! I will not allow her to be destroyed by darkness! It’s time for my people to arise and rebuild!"
  • The enemy has had us bickering with one another, all the while strengthening his plans to “Divide and Conquer!” It is time that shifts!
  • The Book of Nehemiah has a strategy to rebuild. Rise and rebuild! God is bestowing favor on His people. He is releasing the Armies of Heaven when we respond to this call! He is supplying the strength we need to rebuild America, from what has been torn down.
  • America is not in the middle of destruction, but she is in the middle of “Divine Restoration!”
  • What we are seeing is the destruction of many generations of strongholds being exposed, and demonic principalities are being brought to the Light. It is the restoration of the Lord!
  • We must keep our eyes fixed on who the real enemy is, and not backdown! Isaiah 61:7 talks of a double portion coming!
  • Fierce opposition in the rebuilding, the enemy is in secret, hiding among the people, hiding his tactics amongst the people.
  • Guard from the poison of the enemy through the division he is causing!
  • Guard your hearts in these times.
  • Overturn and overthrow the enemie's plans!
  • Political and religious principalities are working together to stop the plan of rebuilding America!
  • The political and religious systems of this world, are working in direct opposition to mock, what the Spirit of the Lord is doing to bring restoration to America.
  • In Nehemiah 4, those who were anointed to rebuild, were mocked relentlessly! The enemy was angry and conspired together to cause a disturbance in the rebuilding!
  • Take heart, God will not allow His work to be unraveled!
  • Stand and protect the Spiritual walls of America!
  • The enemie's plan is to hide within, to divide and conquer, this will not stand!
  • God’s people must position themselves to pray and guard over the rebuilding of America!

During trying and stretching times, it is easy to grow fearful, discouraged, or enraged. During the month of June, I found myself cycling through a wave of emotions. As a result, I could feel tensions rise inside. I was thankful the Lord spoke to my heart and recalibrated me. I heard the words in my mind, “You are more focused on what the enemy is doing, than what I am doing.”

The Heavenly Father, Jesus, and Holy Spirit directed me to Psalm 126. This section of Scripture speaks about coming out of captivity. The enemy can hold a person in bondage to almost anything. Perhaps you know somebody who struggles with excessive alcohol consumption or depression. These are two examples of captivity the Lord is desiring to break people free of.

The ministry house Dawn and I live at, has opened the doors to a small group so we can start having church meetings again. The others watch online. We filmed the service pertaining to the topic of, “Coming Out of Captivity.” It was a powerful service that helps people receive freedom and refocus on God. If you would like to watch the video on Youtube, you can search for, “Prophesying Forth A Deliverance Outpouring :: Nathan Pietsch :: Kimarie Lamb.”

We also want to say, “Thank you” to every person who makes it possible for us to stay in full-time ministry.

Going Bananas?

By Dawn R. Pietsch

Is everyone going Bananas? If so, I hope you're all getting your potassium! Hahaha! Literally, I was staring at the bananas on my counter, and this is what came to me. We’re all wanting to hear a word from God, about what to do in these days and in these times. How do we handle ourselves in the midst of chaos? Are we seeking the Lord, or are we trying to handle it in our flesh?

The Scriptures say in Matthew 26:41 (The Passion Translation):

41 Keep alert and pray that you’ll be spared from this time of testing. You should have learned by now that your spirit is eager enough, but your humanity is weak.

These are trying times, and we have to remain focused on Jesus. Jesus is the Author and Finisher of our Faith. (See Hebrews 12:2.) It takes faith to, "walk by faith and not by sight" (2 Corinthians 5:7), especially when things around us look a bit chaotic!

We have to keep our focus on Jesus! Continually ask, "Jesus, what are You doing?" "Jesus, what do You want me to know?" "Jesus, what do You want me to do?" Dialoguing with Jesus the whole time, even moment by moment, staying out of the fear, but responding with faith in God!

This will bring you back into alignment with Jesus, and the Holy Spirit, and you will be able to see now with a clearer perspective. We love and serve a Good God, and we are His children, so look to Heaven for your answers.

Psalm 71 is not usually a section of Scripture that catches the attention of many people. However, when you read the text, you can find great comfort during trying times. I would like to highlight several verses, so you can find hope and encouragement from the Word. Psalm 71 says in the New King James Version:

1 In You, O Lord, I put my trust... When you are facing hardship, your faith will be tested. The psalmist declared that he would put his trust in the Lord. 3 ...Be my strong refuge, to which I may resort continually... For You are my rock and my fortress. The Lord is always there waiting for us to take refuge in Him. We are to go to God regularly and find the safe and peace-filled place He has prepared for us.

5 ...For You are my hope, O Lord God... When everything seems to be crashing down around you, find yourself putting your hope in God. The Lord's kingdom is eternal. 8 ...Let my mouth be filled with Your praise and with Your glory all the day... One of the best activities you can do during trying periods is to praise and glorify the Lord. When you praise God, He enthrones Himself in your midst. (See Psalm 22:3.)

I encourage you to read Psalm 71 in its entirety. There might be life transforming words awaiting you. I also recommend you take a moment right now and place a song of praise and thanksgiving to God on your lips. In Him, there is much to rejoice about.

The Covering of the Scriptures

By Dawn R. Pietsch

As the Body of Christ, and the Believers of Jesus Christ, we have a mandate to “believe” and “operate” in the supernatural miracles of Jesus, the Gifts of the Holy Spirit, and the God given abilities that were given to us when we received Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. To be living in these times, in these days, and even in this era, there has to be a specific purpose that God had in mind for us. We have to go beyond the milk of Christianity, and get into the meat, maturing in Christ Jesus.

The Scriptures are given to us for examples to follow when dire times come, and even how to live in the days of our Lord's return. We can’t be distracted with the woes of this world, nor the petty opinions of others. We must ask God to remove those distractions, so that we can see and hear what He is saying and doing,...what does He want us to do?

We can all see that there is good that can come from bad things, because God can always turn the garbage of this world into great treasures, but we must catch what He is doing in it all. We must be “silent” and “listen” to what He is saying to us. We must ask for His help always, because only then will we know what to do, or what not to do.

There are all kinds of scenarios that could happen on a daily basis, but if we search the Scriptures and listen for His voice, we will know what to do. There is a resource of miracles in the Bible that we can draw from, and ask for, we are God's kids, and we are His family, He listens to us.

The point is.... go deep with God, and find out what He is doing and saying. “So I say to you, “Ask,” and it will be given to you, “seek,” and you will find, “knock,” and it will be opened to you.” (See Matthew 7:7, Luke 11:9.)

Despite the world-wide shaking in April, it was a time to celebrate. Holy Week, Resurrection Sunday, and Passover all occurred during the month. This is when people around the nations reflect upon the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. These events are the backbone of Christianity, and hold great significance.

The death of Jesus on the cross is very significant. Jesus' final words were, "It is finished!" (John 19:30.) Jesus' finished work means He conquered both sin and death. Jesus was the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world (John 1:29). Jesus' death also destroyed the power of death that the devil acquired (Hebrews 2:14).

Jesus' burial was significant because it adds validity to the resurrection. The Scriptures tell us in Matthew 27:62-66, that the chief priests and Pharisees asked Pilate to secure the tomb. Pilate replied, "You have a guard; go your way, make it as secure as you know how." The religious leaders then sealed the stone and set guards.

The resurrection of Jesus Christ from the tomb is what sets Christianity apart from all religions. Jesus' resurrection resulted in Him becoming the "new" mercy seat. Jesus is now the bridge that grants every person access to the Heavenly Father. Under the old system, only the high priest could enter the Holy of Holies once per year to meet with God. Because of Jesus' death, burial, and resurrection, we can now go boldly before the throne of grace so that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need (Hebrews 4:16).

The Covering of the Scriptures

By Dawn R. Pietsch

During these times, I encourage you to draw closer to God. One way to do that is to read your Bible and meditate on the words. Give it a shot now as you read through Psalm 91 (NKJV):

1 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High
Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress;
My God, in Him I will trust.”

3 Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler
And from the perilous pestilence.
4 He shall cover you with His feathers,
And under His wings you shall take refuge;
His truth shall be your shield and buckler.
5 You shall not be afraid of the terror by night,
Nor of the arrow that flies by day,
6 Nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness,
Nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday.

7 A thousand may fall at your side,
And ten thousand at your right hand;
But it shall not come near you.
8 Only with your eyes shall you look,
And see the reward of the wicked.

9 Because you have made the Lord, who is my refuge,
Even the Most High, your dwelling place,
10 No evil shall befall you,
Nor shall any plague come near your dwelling;
11 For He shall give His angels charge over you,
To keep you in all your ways.
12 In their hands they shall bear you up,
Lest you dash your foot against a stone.
13 You shall tread upon the lion and the cobra,
The young lion and the serpent you shall trample underfoot.

14 “Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him;
I will set him on high, because he has known My name.
15 He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him;
I will be with him in trouble;
I will deliver him and honor him.
16 With long life I will satisfy him,
And show him My salvation.”

Note: The following testimonies, videos, and photos are for the Glory of God and His Goodness. It is wonderful to partner with the Heavenly Father, Jesus, and Holy Spirit to help people move from dark to light, bondage to freedom, and struggle to destiny.

Dawn and I received a request to pray for a young lady named “Amber.” She is in her late twenties. Amber was going through major issues in her life. She was very tormented, had no peace, and was on the verge of a mental crisis. As we started to pray, the Lord revealed spiritual roots underlying Amber’s misery.

Dawn and I started by declaring Scriptures. In the spirit realm, I saw a demonic entity in the form of a vampire come forth and confront me. We asked the girl what her connection was to vampires. She said, “Several years ago, I used to be a vampire.” She relayed how she became involved with a group who lived a “vampire lifestyle.” They would drink each other’s blood, perform rituals, and defile themselves through orgy parties.

As Dawn and I prayed, the vampire spirit began to manifest. We cast it out in the name of Jesus and by the power of the Holy Spirit. We also led Amber through prayers of repentance. We were able to “close the door” to her demonic attacks, so her relationship with the Lord could begin to flourish. However, she still needs to live out her freedom and not open the doors again to the enemy.

The spirit world is very real, and the devil will do anything to destroy people. The Bible says in 1 Peter 5:8, “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.” Do not let the enemy have a foothold in your life, but rather live your life fully surrendered to God.

Overcoming Rejection

By Dawn R. Pietsch

I want to talk about, “Overcoming Rejection”. The origin or rejection was from the beginning of time here on earth. After the fall, all kinds of things came into play. (See Genesis 3:1-22.) Rejection was one of the first things to appear. Adam and Eve rejected God's words about the "rules" in the garden. Because of that, rejection entered in.

Rejection is like a tree, it grows deep roots and seeds. The rejection in your life can be generational, and even begin at conception. Were you wanted? This opens up a whole gamut of decisions a person can make, that affects the rest of their life. Finding out the source of your rejection is important, because it helps eliminate those areas in your life that have been affected. For example, were you adopted, illegitimate, unwanted? These can leave deep wounds in a person's life. Were you abused, physically, emotionally, or sexually? These issues can affect you, including your relationships. Are you prone to addictions, obsessions, and idolatry? These are all the fruit of rejection.

Wherever you're at, and whatever you have done, Jesus will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Jesus has overcome rejection. He was the most rejected person in the history of our world, and still is. How can we even fathom that? The One who gave us so much, and has done so much for us, even died for us. He has overcome sin and death, and was victorious at the Cross! (See 1 Corinthians 15:55-57.)

The Cross is where you start. Release, forgive, and repent of all rejection that you’ve ever experienced! You will feel the release, the chains fall off, the roots come out, the demons flee, and the prison doors open. By forgiving and repenting of rejection, you will come out from under rejection's bondage. It’s time to get out of those prisons, and release those rejections to the Cross! “It is finished!” was the last words that Jesus spoke on the Cross, receive the freedom that He purchased for you at Calvary! (See John 19:30.) It is time!

I spent the entire month of January in the African nation of Nigeria. It was my fifth mission trip there. I plan to give a full update in next months edition of Frontline Chronicles. If you have ever been to a developing country, many of the luxuries we take for granted are non-existent. It is a difficult place to stay, but the people are desperate for the Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, and Holy Spirit. This makes the ministry very exciting.

Before missionaries carried the Gospel of Jesus Christ to Africa, the people served and worshipped hand-made idols and practiced witchcraft. This is still laced deeply into their culture. It is not uncommon to see chicken sacrifices, evil incantations, and sorcery on Nigerian television. Africa indeed is a spiritual playground.

I heard many testimonies describing horrible curses high level witches and warlocks placed upon others. The tactic of the devil is to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). I witnessed a man whose right leg was about two times the size of the other due to swelling. I asked him how he hurt his leg. He replied, “I didn’t hurt it. My enemy used witchcraft and cursed the ground I walked on. After this, my leg swelled.”

In another situation, a woman was pregnant with the same child for four years. She was unable to give birth. The baby was miraculously alive. I had never seen a person with such a protruded belly from being pregnant. The sights one sees on the mission field are astounding. However, God shows up in powerful ways.

Note: The pictures below are from Nathan’s previous mission trips to Nigeria. Stay tuned for a full coverage of this mission trip next month.

The Year of the Mouth

By Dawn R. Pietsch

Welcome to the New Year of 2020! When I hear the words 2020, I think of vision, but there is way more meaning to this! It's looking into this year... and speaking to the things that are not, as though they were (Romans 4:17). Many people are calling this year, "The Year of the Mouth!" Second Corinthians 4:13 says, "I believed and therefore I spoke."

It's about speaking, as God's son's and daughters, made in His image, in His likeness, speaking forth what God is saying! Our words must always align with God's Word, His truth! All of creation is eagerly awaiting for the son's and daughters of God to come into maturity, to be revealed (Romans 8:19). It's a "wake up time" for the Bride of Christ, the Bridegroom is coming for us, and He wants to be pleased by what He sees.

Do we have faith on earth to do what He says? Is our faith pleasing Him? It's impossible to please God without faith according to Hebrews 11:6. In Luke 17:5, the apostles said to the Lord, "Increase our Faith!" We are called to do so much more than we are presently doing... Saving the lost, healing the sick, creative miracles, advancing His Kingdom! "Yes Lord, 'Increase our Faith!'" We welcome you, Holy Spirit!

Nathan spent the entire month of January in Nigeria, Africa. If you have ever been to an African nation, you know how difficult it is. Despite the hardships and discomforts, the ministry is spectacular. The people are desperate for an encounter with the Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, and Holy Spirit.

Since the medical system is virtually non-existent in Nigeria, the atmosphere is ripe for healing miracles. The lack of medical attention the people receive results in shocking and disgusting injuries and illnesses. People live their lives with rotting flesh, deep infected gashes in their skin, and broken bones. It is a real life horror movie.

This is the hand of a 16 year old girl in Nigeria. Four years prior, she had a boil on her hand. She washed the boil and it became an open wound. The injury became infected and began to eat the flesh on her hand. The picture on the left was the first day I met her. I determined to pray for her daily for an entire week before I left the country. The picture on the right shows new skin, blood vessels, and the wound closing. I do not know how the girl is doing today, but I am believing for the wound to be completely healed in Jesus' name.

Nigeria is also a spiritual playground. The culture is full of high level witchcraft and sorcery. This results in the people being tormented and possessed by evil spirits. In one situation, I was asked to pray for a woman. When I began to pray, a spirit of death began to manifest that had been living in the woman. I cast the demon out of her, and then she got filled with the Holy Spirit to replace the evil. You can watch the short video clip of the event by clicking the picture below.

After I returned from Africa, Dawn and I headed to New Orleans, Louisiana. This was our third mission trip to New Orleans in the past eight years. We spent a total of six months in the south. New Orleans is one of the darkest cities in the United States. It is steeped with Voodoo, Mardi Gras, witchcraft, satanists, and vampires.

For months, Dawn and I went into the French Quarter and street preached on the healing miracles of Jesus Christ found in the Bible. The French Quarter is the epicenter of evil in the city. We were able to help bring healing, salvation, and deliverance to many hurt and broken people in the Quarter.

In one situation, a young lady was abandoned by her friends. She was so intoxicated she did not even know where she was. She was skimpily dressed and primed for a major disaster. It is in these sorts of situations when people can get raped, murdered, or both. Dawn was led by the Holy Spirit and rescued this woman from an uncertain future. We safely drove her to the hotel she was lodging.

It was a sudden departure for Dawn and I to exit Louisiana and Mississippi. We were sad to go because we were seeing God move so mightily through the street ministry we were conducting. Nonetheless, God had plans for us to minister in Washington, Oregon, and California.

Our schedules quickly became overflowing with one-on-one prayer appointments. People who had been tormented by life's challenges came to see us. Strongholds of addiction, depression, suicidal tendencies, rage, and anger shattered by the power of the Holy Spirit and in the name of Jesus. God transformed dark situations into His glorious light. For confidentiality reasons, it was difficult to snap photos during the one-on-one prayer appointments, but the testimonies are powerful.

You can find monthly detailed testimonies from the mission field on our www.FrontlineChronicles.com website.

If you would like to connect with us, we would love for you to contact us through our website page at: www.AllSufficientGod.org/contact.php.

Most importantly, we want to thank each and every one of you for being apart of our lives and ministry. We are so appreciate of you. We would not be able to further the Gospel as we are without your prayer and financial support. You are having an eternal impact. May the Lord bless you abundantly, in the name of Jesus.

My name is Nathan Pietsch. I am a missionary who carries the Gospel of Jesus Christ to nations around the world (Mark 16:15). It is my desire to tell people about the perfect love the Heavenly Father, Jesus, and Holy Spirit have for them. This is an unconditional love that casts out all fear, removes self-hatred, and destroys negative mindsets. It is God’s love that brings radical transformation.

My latest mission trip consisted of 60 days in Africa. I spent 53 days in the nation of Nigeria and seven in Kenya. Each day was life transforming for myself and the people I encountered.

During my time in Nigeria, I partnered with a ministry called, Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministries. It is an eight hour road trip from the major city of Lagos. Along the way, I noticed a high number of police officers and military soldiers demanding drivers to pull over. Most carry machine gun rifles, so their presence is authoritative.

The van I was riding in was forced to pull over by some officers. Unfortunately, Nigeria is full of corruption. The soldiers were commanding us to pay “bribery fees”. They also threatened to confiscate our luggage and items inside the vehicles if we did not give them money. We were detained for over fifteen minutes. I prayed to the Lord for wisdom on how to get out of this situation. The Lord gave me a strategy.

I began to speak to the Nigerian officer about how much God loves him. After a few minutes, he permitted me to pray. He could feel the presence of God embracing him. It almost moved him to tears. After the prayer, the man released us to resume our trip without taking any of our money or possessions.

While at the ministry, tens of thousands of people come to receive counseling and spiritual freedom. Multitudes also come to receive prayer for physical healing. Since the medical system in Nigeria is so primitive, people live with horrendous diseases and infirmities. I saw people with tumors ready to explode, eyes popping out of their sockets, flesh eating breast cancer, giant goiters, skin diseases, lameness, and HIV. These people come to receive prayer for healing, and many do leave with a miracle.

People also receive great spiritual freedom. One man was in a satanic cult group that required its members to eat their dead. The man consumed the internal organs of his deceased father. The leaders of the group also operate in high levels of witchcraft, the occult, and satanism. Through their evil incantations, they are able to project long, five inch sewing-like needles inside of their cult member’s stomachs. These needles ultimately destroy the individuals and cause great physical pain.

The man in the cult came to Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministries to receive spiritual freedom from evil spirits tormenting his life. While he received prayer, I witnessed him vomit out of his mouth many needles, sea shells, and wooden charms. The man experienced a great deliverance from the darkness and was able to embrace the saving grace and freedom found in Jesus Christ.

In another situation, a woman gave birth to a baby boy on the sidewalk next to a dirt road. She was not in a hospital, nor were there any doctors. I witnessed the event, and the woman did not seem to experience pain. Despite the conditions, the baby was happy and healthy.

I also had the great opportunity to preach inside a Nigerian prison. Click here to watch the video. The inmates are serving long-terms, and are very rugged. It was wonderful to share words of encouragement to their weary souls and give them an encounter with the unconditional love of the Heavenly Father, Jesus, and Holy Spirit.

After my time in Nigeria, I flew to Kenya in Eastern Africa. I was scheduled to preach as the main speaker at a large Gospel crusade. We were expecting many thousands of people to come to the event held in Nairobi. However, it seemed the Lord had a different idea.

We had booked, obtained permits, and paid for a prime location to hold the crusade. However, a week before the event, my team received word from the Kenyan government that we had to change locations. A political representative wanted to hold a rally at our location and paid more money than we did. We were sent scrambling in the last minutes to secure another venue for the crusade. This instantly took our crowd of multiple thousands down to hundreds.

During our three day event, the rain poured for most of it. It is an uncommon characteristic to experience rain in Nairobi in early February. This further dampened our expectations. Despite the seeming setbacks, God moved in a way that only He can. The people at the event were powerfully touched and the Gospel went far. I also prophesied over the city of Nairobi and Kenya.

In addition to preaching at the crusade, I spoke in a church. Click here to watch the full video. While I ministered, a woman received great freedom from evil forces destroying her life. She had many demons living inside of her. I cast them out in the name of Jesus and by the power of the Holy Spirit.

After her deliverance, she said, “I was experiencing a deep pain in my stomach for over one year now. Even today it was hurting me so bad. I don’t feel that pain anymore.” Click here to watch her deliverance.

Another interesting idea to ponder occurred on the day I left Africa. The former Kenyan president from 1978 to 2002 died. The Kenyans claim he was a very corrupt man who sank their nation to a low level. In the realm of the spirit, when a person dies, something shifts. My Kenyan friends believe the Gospel crusade, in junction with the prayers and prophecies caused this man’s evil agenda to expire. They are believing God for a major turn around and revival to begin.

If you have never been outside of the USA on a mission trip, I encourage you to venture forth. God moves in ways that are unexpected. If you cannot go, consider sponsoring and praying for those who do go. Whether you carry the Gospel to people in foreign countries, financially support them, or cover them in prayer, your life can never remain the same.

Binding and Loosing

By Dawn R. Pietsch

Jesus has a lot to say about the "strong man!" The Scriptures say, "27 No one can enter a strong man’s house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man. And then he will plunder his house." (See Mark 3:27, Matthew 12:29.)

Has the enemy been binding you, and plundering your goods? Your family? Finances? Health? Ministry? Jesus has given YOU the KEYS to the Kingdom of Heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in Heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in Heaven."(See Matthew 16:19, 18:18.)

The words, "Binding" and "Bondage" have the same meaning. Are you letting the thief, the enemy, come in and steal things, and then watch him walk out the door with your goods, doing nothing about it? Since you have the KEYS to the Kingdom of Heaven , it's time to start using them! Have you ever asked the Lord to bind the strong man, a demon, or a spirit? It works!

Asking the Lord to bind them when they're plundering your house, is a good thing! Then following through with the removal of them, and a never return, is even more Awesome! It's not okay for the enemy to keep stealing, killing, and destroying from your life! Jesus already paid for your sins and iniquities at the cross! It's a finished work, but you must appropriate it by repenting, releasing forgiveness, and receiving forgiveness.

Jesus Blood was shed for you, but you must receive it and apply it! Then you can do all the binding and loosing, plundering the enemy, taking back what is rightfully yours! You can do this, it's Christianity 101!
