In these days and in these times, we are all searching for who we really are, but that identity can only be found in Jesus!  There is no other name under heaven in which we must be saved.  Our hope alone is found in Jesus...  There is a parallel to all of these things, and it is in Jesus!  He is our everything!

And when we look to Jesus, it is a cross to all of these things.  It's time to appropriate the finished work of the cross in our lives and move forward into our destinies!  Jesus has all the answers!!!!!

I had the amazing privilege to pray for and minister to a former drug addict. He is now clean of drugs and has a great call of God on his life. However, the lingering effects of years of hard core drug use has left him in great turmoil. "John" would get physically attacked and tormented by demonic entities on a very regular basis. John told me at times he would be watching television on the sofa when dark

hands would appear out of thin air, physically grab him, and pin him to the couch. At other times, these demonic forces would burn his body resulting in great pain. He was also tormented by the "chatter" he heard in his mind. John told me there have been many times he thought he was going to be killed.

Jesus spoke to His disciples (including you and I) in Matthew 10:8 saying, "Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give." Then in Mark 16:17-18 Jesus spoke injunction with the Great Commission saying, "These signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover."

During my prayer time with John, he said he heard the demonic beings saying, "Ok, ok, we're leaving!" As followers of Jesus Christ we are all called to release those bound to the devil, and like Jesus in Mark 5:7, bring torment to the dark forces who are binding people.
