Nathan Pietsch, a radical street evangelist of All Sufficient God Church, preaches the gospel at a drug rehabilitation center in New York City. The Holy Spirit drops upon the men in the audience and get baptized in the Holy Spirit and begin to speak in other tongues. (See Acts 2:4.)

After the men are filled with the Holy Spirit, they got activated in the gift of prophecy. They then began prophesying words of encouragement, life, and destiny over each other. (See I Corinthians 14:4.)
