Many people ask me why I don't share more testimonies from our ministry in our monthly updates. People have said they want to know what we are doing in the ministry. A primary reason for this is because many people actually don't want to hear.

One aspect of our ministry is praying for individuals in private prayer sessions. We almost daily pray for people over the phone or with an appointment. We minister to people with all sorts of horrible backgrounds.

For example, one woman was isolated in a dark room for days at a time from the age of four years old with no adult care giving. Another woman had a mother who would burn her hands to torture her. This woman's father would regularly run through the house with a gun yelling, "There better not be a boy in here!" A man we prayed for had a dad who would not talk to him for weeks on end while completely ignoring him as a child. Another woman had a previous family member who would eat human body parts to gain satanic powers. Yet another woman was brutally raped for years from the age of six.

Dawn and I minister to people with this type of background regularly. Many people do not like to hear such things. This is why we don't often share about our experiences. The good news though, regardless of the horror in a person's background, The Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, and Holy Spirit always work a miracle of some sort to bring healing to these amazing people.
