Not Your Battle

In the month of September, Dawn and I heard from different people all over the United States who are facing serious spiritual battles. Many believers are worn out from wars that that have come their way. The Lord never asked you to win in your own strength. When enemy armies surrounded Judah, the Lord sent King Jehoshaphat a clear word through His prophet. "Do not be afraid nor dismayed because of this great multitude, for the battle is not yours, but God's" (2 Chronicles 20:15 NKJV).
The Lord your God goes with you to fight your enemies and save you (Deuteronomy 20:4 NKJV).
Stand still and hold your peace, because the Lord takes up your cause (Exodus 14:14 NKJV).
The battle belongs to the Lord, and He gives every giant into your hands (1 Samuel 17:47 NKJV).
Every weapon formed against you will fail to prosper (Isaiah 54:17 NKJV).
With God on your side, no opponent can prevail over you (Romans 8:31 NKJV).
You are more than a conqueror through Jesus Christ, who loved you (Romans 8:37 NKJV).
Whatever stands in front of you today, you were never meant to face it alone. Lay down the weight you have been carrying, and worship while you wait, as Judah did. The moment they began to sing and praise, the Lord set ambushes against their enemies. (See 2 Chronicles 20:22.) Your assignment is to trust Him and keep worshiping. Let the Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit fight this battle for you.
